Personalised mentoring, education support and practical guidance to help young people build confidence, find their feet and move towards a future that feels possible.
A person-first approach for young people aged 5–25.
At ReBorne, our mission is to create opportunities that enable every young person to thrive, regardless of their background or the challenges they face. Through community-based projects, mentoring, education and practical support, we work to remove barriers and help young people build confidence, resilience and independence.
We work with children and young people aged 5–25, shaping support around each person's goals and circumstances.
Reborne Development Group provides mentoring and alternative provision across London, Surrey and Bournemouth, delivering tailored support in schools and community settings.

Helping a young person thrive often means supporting their family and community as well. Alongside mentoring, we connect young people and families with guidance, resources and local support.
Young people consistently tell us it isn't a programme that changes things for them — it's having someone who shows up, listens without judgement, and keeps showing up. That consistency is often where confidence, motivation and trust start to grow.
